Under The Weight Of Heaven was the second Temenos album, originally released on CD in 2012. It has now been updated for release on Bandcamp. The album features 6 tracks, ranging from the powerhouse 'Shamen', 'Freerunner', 'The Last Days Of Empire' and 'The Worm At The World's End', to the instrumental 'Under The Weight Of Heaven', and the beautiful 'Silence', featuring LA based singer Ashley Maher on lead vocals. The CD case front cover artwork, as shown on this page, is a mixed media collage by Fiona Spirals.

Temenos is Richard Cork and Colin Sharman, plus guests Ojay Bahra who contributes his unique mastery of Tablas on 'Freerunner', Kim Mance on bass on 'The Last Days Of Empire' and 'Under The Weight Of Heaven', John Harley, on flute on 'Silence', and special thanks to Ashley Maher for her vocals on 'Silence'. The album was recorded in the UK and LA, with thanks to Robert Roth for engineering Ashley's sessions at Smooth Sounds Studios in LA.
